In May we had another of our coach trips, but this time our destination was closer to home at Wistow (between Kibworth and Wigston).

Our destination was Wistow Rural Centre which offers a garden centre, a model village, art gallery, and gift shops. Our starting point however was Wistow Cafe Bistro who laid on a magnificent buffet lunch for us.

There was plenty of food for all, and a great deal of conversation and laughter. Many thanks to Jane, Jackie and all the team for looking after us so well.

After lunch we were able to wander round to enjoy the sights; we were lucky that the weather was very kind to us - very different from the torrential rain we saw in the previous week!
