Once again Curve Theatre in Leicester have put on a dementia-friendly performance of one of their productions, and this time we were delighted to take a party to see An Officer and a Gentleman - The Musical.

This is based on the Oscar-winning film starring Richard Gere. Its feel-good soundtrack included the hit song from the movie Up Where We Belong along with many 80’s classic anthems including Girls Just Want to Have Fun, Livin’ On A Prayer, The Final Countdown and many others.

As usual we were looked after extremely well by Curve, and we greatly appreciated that the cast came to talk to our members after the performance.
