The theme of our Cafe session this month was relaxation, and we pleased to have a team of therapists on hand to provide treatments to our members; head and hand massages, reflexology and meditation were available.

We were also delighted to welcome Councillor Lesley Bowles, Chairman of Harborough District Council, to our event. We are thrilled that Lesley has chosen Dementia Harborough as the charity she wishes to support during her year of office, and today was a great opportunity for her to learn more about our activities.
