We were pleased to see the return of the Pom Pom Dance Group (Nina, Lynette and Annette) yesterday for another session of pom pom waving and dancing. When they came to us in September last year everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and we were glad to have the opportunity to repeat the experience.

We were also delighted to welcome Louise Smith and Angela Farrow, President and Vice President of Little Bowden Women's Institute. The WI organised a fashion show a couple of months ago to raise funds for us, and Louise (left) and Angela can be see here presenting a cheque for £400 to our Chair Peter Hirst.

Angela, wearing her other hat as Registered Care & Operations Manager of Home Instead local home care providers, also gave us a cheque for £38 which they raised at a recent event.

A big 'thank you' to both organisations - these contributions are very much appreciated to help support our activities for the increasing numbers attending our groups.
