For the 8th year of the Harborough Twenty 12 Lions Club Charity Live Music Night, they chose Dementia Harborough to benefit from the event!

It was a great evening and good to see some of our members there enjoying the music. A tremendous amount of work went into putting on the evening which included provision of hot food and running the bar.

All the acts (Paul Anderson, 3 of Clubs, Richard Matthews, Whale, and EastWest) put on great performances and appeared without charging a fee.

The Lions Club presented us with a cheque for the fantastic sum of £1,016.82 at their Business Meeting on 16 April, and our Chair Peter Hirst (left) can be seen here receiving the cheque from Lions Club President Michael Thomas and Lion Paul Anderson (right) who not only organised the evening but also performed. Huge thanks to the Lions and everyone involved in the evening!
